Mission Statement
The purpose of Faith in Action is to provide a system of free non-medical services within Northwest Arkansas to enable the frail, homebound or disabled to remain in their home and avoid unnecessary institutionalization.
Description
Volunteers provide non-medical services to the elderly and disabled in Northwest Arkansas such as transportation, friendly visits, grocery shopping, respite care, chore assistance, light housekeeping, yardwork minor home repairs and wheelchair ramps. The goal is to help our neighbors remain in their own home longer. Faith in Action serves Washington and Benton counties.
