Founded in 1905, Family Services, Inc. is a private non-profit agency that helps thousands of families annually in Forsyth Co, NC, and surrounding counties. In January of 2001, CONTACT: Helplines of the Triad joined forces with Family Services. Programs include: Family Counseling and Education; Rape & Sexual Assault Prevention & Treatment; Domestic Violence Advocacy, Treatment & Shelter; Forsyth County Head Start; Infant Foster Care Home Placement; Adoption Decisions & Opportunities--Counseling & Support; Pregnancy Support; Crisis Intervention; Telephone Resassurance and Support; Crime Victim Support; and Community Education.
